Facts:

Project consists of a 62,000 sf two story facility which houses five classrooms that accommodate jury trials.  Additional public spaces include civil, criminal, juvenile and family law.  The building also incorporates secured holding areas for “in-custody” defendants.  The mechanical system consists of four custom roof-top air handlers with hydronic heat.  Distribution is handled by single duct VAV reheat, and high efficiency condensing boilers.  Pump systems incorporate primary secondary variable speed pumps.  The entire facility is controlled by a Johnson Controls DDS system.
