The new 2-story medical office building contains over 49,000 sq. ft. of space for a pharmacy, exam rooms, procedure rooms, doctors and staff offices, laboratory, isolation rooms, imaging rooms, and a central data room.
The mechanical system utilizes 2 large packaged York variable air volume air conditioning units with 85% efficient filtration. Heating is accomplished with primary/secondary pumping, outdoor high efficient boiler, and hot water reheat at the variable air volume boxes. Air quality is monitored at the air conditioners to ensure public health and energy efficiency is optimized.
