Facts: 

The Sophia – home of the B Street Theatre – consists of a 48,000 square foot theater complex located in the Midtown area of Sacramento.  The complex consists of a 270 seat “Thrust-style” theater, 380 seat “Proscenium” theater, dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, and administration areas.  The complex also incorporates a small restaurant.  The HVAC system consists of a “low velocity” distribution system, high efficiency HVAC equipment and DDC controls.  The system has been designed to meet stringent acoustical requirements.
