Facts:
The 300 Capitol Mall Chiller Replacement project consisted of a central plant change-out of fatiguing chillers.  The new high efficient chillers and cooling tower were increased in tonnage to accommodate the increases in computer heat gains and increases in fresh air quantities.  New chiller part load performances (NPLV) obtain .338 kw/ton.  Chiller room was upgraded to conform with ASHRAE 15 standards, accommodating refrigerant purge fans, self-contained breathing apparatus, and refrigerant leak detection.
