Facts:
Turley & Associates acted as Prime consultant for the Central Plant change out of 2 fatiguing chillers with 2 new 55kW/ton variable speed Carrier machines.

Coordination with the City and local police allowed for the street located in front of the building to be closed from 4:30 am to 9:30 am on a Sunday.  This closure was necessary in order to accommodate the helicopter airlift of the new equipment.
